BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 27, 2008 -- DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (CDNX:ADK.V - News), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the West Barlow and the East Barlow properties in Chibougamau by MDN Inc.

MDN Inc. has exercised its option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the properties, subject to a 2% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty payable to DIAGNOS, by making a cash payment of $120,000.

Additionally, in the event of making an economic discovery on these properties, MDN Inc. shall be obligated to pay a bonus of $250,000 in shares. Also a 2% NSR will be granted to DIAGNOS. MDN Inc. will have the option to acquire 1% of this NSR for $1,000,000 any time within five years of the economic discovery.
