The amended filing contains audited financial statements for the Company's most recent fiscal year ended September 30, 2007 and is a major step towards a listing on the OTC:BB. The Company noted that it became fully reporting on January 7, 2008 as a result of having made an initial filing on Form 10 on November 8, 2007.

The Company notes that the amended filing is subject to further SEC review and comment and that the listing on the OTC:BB is planned immediately upon clearance of any further SEC comments.
