On January 31, XPS eXaminer will be available for beta testing through downloads from the QualityLogic storefront at www.qualitylogic.com/store, and it is updateable through free on-line renewals at this same website until its production release.

XPS eXaminer is a powerful tool for developers and test engineers working with Microsoft XML Paper Specification (XPS). XPS eXaminer allows users to perform every function necessary to open any XPS document file, and examine, analyze, validate, edit and manipulate it for testing purposes. No other applications or ZIP utilities are required.

In addition, XPS eXaminer allows users to open incorrect XPS files that will not open in Microsoft's XPSViewer. With XPS eXaminer, users can troubleshoot root causes behind incorrect XPS files, and identify, correct and edit XPS parts and markup.

XPS eXaminer is based on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (WinFX) technologies, including XML Paper Specification (XPS), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Open Packaging Specification.
