Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. Announces Record Revenues for the Third Quarter

SAN BRUNO, CA and SHANGHAI, CHINA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 14, 2007 -- Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. ("Worldwide") (OTC BB:WWMU.OB - News) (www.wwmusa.com), an engineering firm, contract manufacturer and direct manufacturer of die-casting, machining, electronics products and air-condition units for automobiles, today announced record revenues for the third quarter ending September 30, 2007. Revenues for the three months ending September 30, 2007 were $2,998,106 compared to revenues of $2,824,883 for the same period in 2006. This increase of $173,223, or approximately 6.0%, was the result of an increase in orders in the quarter. Revenues for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 were $8,457,314 compared to net sales of $8,062,219 for the same period in 2006. The increase of $395,095 or approximately 5% percent was the result of continued demand for the company's products and services.

Net income before tax for the three months ending September 30, 2007 was $137,553 compared to a profit of $414,428 for the three months ended September 30, 2006. The decrease of $276,875 or approximately 69% was the result of an increase in public cost as well as expenses associated with finding potential acquisitions for the company. Likewise, net profit before tax for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 were $480,994 compared to $570,326 in the same period last year. The decrease of $89,332 or approximately 15.7% was the result of increased expenditures on the public costs and potential acquisition expenditures.
