ESPRE Solutions Files Form 10 as the First Step to Becoming Fully Reporting and Listing on OTC: BB

PLANO, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 8, 2007 -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:EPRT.PK - News), a Dallas-based media solutions and technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, today reports that it has filed a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as the first step in becoming fully reporting. The Company notes that the filing is subject to customary SEC review and comment and that the listing on the OTC:BB is planned for early 1Q 2008. The Company further noted that it had deferred in excess of $2,000,000 in conformity with current revenue recognition accounting rules and applied Black-Scholes measured values to options and warrants which have affected previously advised financial results.
