BOISE, ID--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 30, 2007 -- Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AEHI.PK - News) announced an offer by the company to assist developing countries in constructing commercial nuclear power plants for electricity and fresh water. Nuclear plants provide cost-efficient, reliable power and, when placed on an ocean, can produce large quantities of fresh water for countries in need. Preliminary discussions with AEHI are underway in Latin American and Middle Eastern countries seeking the advantages of this technology. Chairman and CEO Don Gillispie states, "We see this as an opportunity to assist small countries, many without the skills or financing to otherwise utilize nuclear power, in their development while keeping the environment clean."
