Company's internal
review of certain accounting matters is complete and the
Company's Annual
Reports on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005
and Form 10-K/A
for the year ended December 31, 2004 have been filed with
the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC).
As a result of this review, Butler has restated its consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2004 and 2003 and for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2004 and the quarters ended March 27, 2005 and June 26, 2005. The financial information reported in the Company's 2005 10-K and 2004 Form 10-K/A did not change from the financial information reported in the Company's Form 8-K, filed May 8, 2007.
