Monday September 24, 2007 10:20 am ET

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 24, 2007 -- iPerceptions (CDNX:IPE.V - News) is pleased to announce today that Samsung Electronics America has reaffirmed its commitment to customer satisfaction by renewing its agreement to use the webValidator Continuous Listening solution on its website, www.samsung.com

Over the past 12 months, Samsung has been able to monitor trends in the iPerceptions Satisfaction Index score for all its key user segments. This has aided them in capitalizing on their most salient strengths, with the goal of building brand affinity. It has also allowed them to glean insights into their visitor base, which have been playing a large part in the strategic decision making process surrounding their upcoming new site launch.

"Understanding what drives customer behavior is more critical than ever in the web environment," said Daniel Taras, Vice President, Business Development at iPerceptions. "By leveraging the power of the webValidator solution and the credibility of the iPSI, Samsung has made a clear pledge that it situates the customer at the very center of its business model," said Mr. Taras.

"iPerceptions' solution has been critical to our entire CRM strategy," said Samsung's Sr. Manager of E-Commerce Strategy Harry Kim. "The real-time online reporting and the monthly updates we have received from a dedicated analyst have been invaluable assets for our company," said Mr. Kim.

About the iPSI and the webValidator solution:

The iPerceptions Satisfaction Index (iPSI) is derived from satisfaction and experience data obtained from over two million actual visitors, of over 500 projects for Fortune 1000 websites, across ten verticals and contains over 30 million data points. It is the only index of its kind and is quickly becoming the standard for measuring online customer satisfaction. The webValidator Continuous Listening solution captures the voice of actual online customers in the context of an actual website visit helping companies learn more about their customers with satisfaction metrics that quickly turn learning into customer led decision-support. Using a perceptual framework to evaluate key elements of the visitor experience as well as predictive algorithms and modeling to identify those attributes that drive satisfaction, the resulting iPerceptions Satisfaction Index (iPSI) helps companies obtain a clear understanding of the key issues impacting satisfaction; purchase intent, customer loyalty and the likelihood customers will refer friends and associates to the site.
