Zanett, Inc. announced today that on March 16, 2010, it received a deficiency letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that Zanett has not regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550, which requires the closing bid price of Zanett's common stock to be $1.00 or more.
