MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.----NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. , a worldwide leader in high-performance intelligent semiconductor solutions for next-generation Internet networks, today announced that on November 5, 2009 the compensation committee of the company’s board of directors approved the grants to a total of 18 new employees of the company of restricted stock units representing the right to acquire up to 58,886 shares of common stock.
