HAWTHORNE, N.J.----Colonial Commercial Corp. , today announced that it is offering to shareholders who owned 99 or fewer shares of the Company's convertible preferred stock on August 20, 2008, to purchase those shares until October 31, 2008 at $1.25 per share.
