Orlando Health (formerly Orlando Regional Healthcare System) provides health services through its network of acute care facilities in Central Florida. The system owns 8 hospitals housing nearly 1,800 beds. The system's flagship facility is the Orlando Regional Medical Center, which features a Level 1 trauma center and provides comprehensive acute care services in a range of specialties. Other facilities include specialty hospitals such as the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando (an affiliate of the Houston-based M. D. Anderson center), the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, and the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. Orlando Health also has partial ownership of two additional community hospitals.
