The private contractor offers design-build services, construction management, general and interior construction, and renovation for commercial projects including shopping malls, office complexes, multifamily residences, and hotels. The company also manages education, government, and health care projects. Hardin has completed projects in some 30 states and in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Repeat clients have included Chelsea Property Group, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Simon Property Group. Founded in 1946 by Ira Hardin, the firm was acquired by employees in 1993.
