White Martins doesn't mind giving its customers gas. The company, a subsidiary of global industrial gas giant Praxair, is South America's largest provider of industrial, specialty, and medical gases. White Martins serves customers in the chemical, health care, metal fabrication, and the food and beverage industries, among others. The company also manufactures welding and cutting equipment, as well as equipment for the transportation and storage of industrial gases. White Martins was delisted from Brazilian exchanges when Praxair upped its ownership to more than 99%.
