Mall for one and one for mall! Capital Shopping Centres (CSC) develops, owns, and manages shopping centers. One of the UK's largest shopping center companies, CSC owns a portfolio of some 10 large regional malls (more than 1 million sq. ft.) at major highway junctions. It also owns office and other retail properties. Capital Shopping Centres' well-known shopping centers include the Lakeside in Thurrock, which boasts a diving school; and the MetroCentre in Gateshead, one of the largest covered shopping facilities in the UK. CSC is a subsidiary of UK real estate investment trust (REIT) Liberty International.
