Securitas' purchase of US security firms Pinkerton's and Burns International Services gave Securitas a dominant position in the US security-guard services market. Securitas operates through four divisions. Its security guard operations include Security Services Europe and Security Services North America (including Securitas Security Services USA), while additional security services are handled through Mobile and Monitoring and Loomis.
