Its customers include food retailers, foodservice operators, and other food manufacturers. In addition, Greencore produces agricultural products including milled grains, malt, and vegetable oils, along with molasses and yeast. Irish real estate developer, Liam Carroll, owns about 30% of the company; Polaris Capital Management owns some 11%.
