This company has a lot of mouths to feed. Formerly Sodexho Alliance, Sodexo is the world's #2 contract foodservice provider (after Compass Group), with operations in about 80 countries. Its subsidiaries offer corporate foodservice and hospitality services, vending services, and foodservices for educational institutions and other public sector clients. Other operations include event concessions, healthcare foodservices, and such outsourced facilities management services as cleaning, grounds keeping, and laundry. Its US-based subsidiary, Sodexho, Inc., is one of the largest contract foodservice providers in North America. Chairman Pierre Bellon and his family own more than 35% of the company.
