BBA Aviation is flying solo after spinning off its materials division. BBA Aviation services corporate jets through its Signature Flight Support subsidiary. As a leading chain of airport fixed-base operations (FBOs), Signature offers services such as cargo handling, refueling, fuel purchasing, and passenger services. BBA's Aftermarket Services and Systems division provides repair and overhaul services, and designs and manufactures landing gear. The company does about three-quarters of its business in North America. Business aviation generates around two-thirds of revenues, with the remainder in commercial and military aviation.
