Dentsu Aegis Network is a London-based operating unit of Japan's leading advertising group Dentsu. It manages Dentsu's network of global businesses outside of Japan (called Dentsu Network), as well as Aegis Media operations worldwide. Dentsu Aegis Network, which offers a full range of branding, consulting, marketing, media planning, and public relations services, was formed in March 2013 when Dentsu acquired UK-based Aegis Group plc in a nearly $5 billion deal. All companies that comprised the former Aegis Group -- Aztec, Carat, iProspect, Isobar, Posterscope, and Vizeum -- are continuing operations within Dentsu under the Aegis Media banner. Additional network brands include mcgarrybowen, 360i, and Dentsu Media.
