AOL names CEO of online retailer to its board

AOL, the Internet service provider owned by Time Warner Inc., on Friday named Gilt Groupe CEO Susan Lyn0e to its board. Lyne and nine other directors will join the AOL board on Oct. 26 after AOL separates from its parent.
