Founded in 1997, Eftia OSS Solutions designs operational support systems (OSS) software used by telecommunications and Internet service providers to manage broadband, Internet protocol (IP) telephony, and wireless customer accounts. The company's Master.Scribe OSS software oversees orders, billing, service activation, trouble reporting, maintenance, inventory, and asset and facility management. Other applications manage broadband network services, IP telephony services, and back-office automation. Eftia also offers consulting and training services.
