Brick Brewing offers rock-solid brews in small batches. The brewer produces several kinds of beer including amber, dark, light, and premium ales and lagers; its brands include JR Brickman, Conners, and Formosa Springs, as well as its flagship Brick line. The company has an arrangement with Big Rock Brewery that allows each company to sell the other's beverages; Brick sells Big Rock beers in Ontario while Big Rock sells Brick suds in Alberta. Company chairman Jim Brickman, who controls some 20% of the company, founded Brick Brewing in 1984; the company touts itself as the first craft brewer in Eastern Canada.
