Argo-Tech makes Fantasy Island's, "De plane Boss, de plane!" a reality; the company keeps commercial and military aircraft aloft with its high-performance fuel-flow devices. It builds main engine fuel pumps and systems, airframe fuel pumps, and various ground fuel distribution products. Through its Carter Ground Fueling division, Argo-Tech also makes ground refueling equipment. Customers have included the US Army and Air Force, engine and airframe makers such as Airbus, Boeing, GE Aircraft Engines, and Lockheed Martin, and aerospace distributor Upsilon International. In 2007, investment concerns Greenbriar Equity Group and Vestar Capital Partners sold AT Holdings Corp., the parent of Argo-Tech, to Eaton.
