Through majority-owned Hang Lung Properties, the group develops commercial properties which it holds for lease or sale. Most of its retail holdings are located in Hong Kong's busy shopping districts of Causeway Bay and Mongkok. The group has also developed properties in Shanghai and other large mainland cities.
