Birner Dental Management Services hopes to leave its customers smiling. The company acquires, develops, and manages dental practice networks, freeing dentists of their administrative duties by providing management services such as billing, accounting, and marketing. Birner Dental manages about 60 offices under the Perfect Teeth brand name; more than 40 of the practices are located in Colorado, and the rest are in Arizona and New Mexico. Some locations offer special services such as orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics. Brothers and co-founders Frederic (chairman and CEO) and Mark (president) Birner together own more than one-quarter of the company.
