Could the news of this world be influenced by the Moon? News World Communications is a newspaper publishing company owned by the Reverend Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church. The company publishes The Washington Times, the conservative rival to the Washington Post with a circulation of more than 90,000 in the Washington, DC, area. It also produces international publication "The Middle East Times" (Cairo) and GolfStyles magazine. In addition to its publishing activities, News World Communications owns news service United Press International. Moon began publishing the "Times" in 1982.
