The company's reservation, representation, and marketing services operate under the Utell, Unirez, and PegsTours names in almost 200 countries. In addition Pegasus Solutions offers central reservation systems, electronic distribution (connecting more than 86,000 hotel properties to the Internet and the global distribution system), property management, and commission processing. Pegasus Solutions also powers hotel reservations on travel Web sites, including Expedia, Orbitz, and Pegasus' affiliate, HotelBook.com. Private equity firm Prides Capital Partners LLC owns the company.
