Fox & Hound Restaurant Group operates about 85 sports bars and pubs in 25 states under the banners Fox & Hound Pub & Grille and Bailey's Pub & Grille. Popular for watching sports on TV while enjoying a menu heavy on burgers, the locations also offer a wide selection of beer, billiards, darts, and other entertainment. Most of the pubs are found in Texas, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Restaurateur Jamie Coulter started the Fox & Hound chain in 1997. The company is owned by F & H Acquisition Corp., an investment group led by Dallas-based Newcastle Partners that also owns the Champps family entertainment chain.
