Finding good gigs for Hollywood talent is a huge endeavor. The Endeavor Agency is up to the task, representing actors, writers, athletes, and others from its offices in Los Angeles and New York. Formed in 1995 by a group of defectors from ICM, it books some of the industry's biggest names, including movie stars Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting) and Robert DeNiro (Meet the Fockers); comedic actors Tina Fey (30 Rock) and Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat); and directors Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth). It also represents TV and movie producers, literary talent, and makers of online content. Interpublic owns a minority stake in its marketing arm. Endeavor is merging with rival William Morris Agency (WMA).
