It operates at more than 70 sports venues, including many professional baseball and football stadiums, minor league parks, and college sports stadiums. The company also provides catering and other services at more than a dozen convention centers, including the Dallas Convention Center and the Jacob K. Javits Center in Manhattan, and at several live entertainment venues and racetracks. Centerplate was taken private in 2009 by Kohlberg & Company.
