Arabian markets + express delivery = Aramex, but that's not the end of the story. Besides express delivery, the company offers airfreight and ocean freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management services. (As a freight forwarder, it buys transportation capacity from carriers and resells it to shippers.) Aramex, which operates primarily in the Middle East and in India, maintains more than 300 offices. It extends its delivery network via partnerships. Participating in the Global Distribution Alliance gives Aramex access to a fleet of more than 33,000 vehicles and a network of more than 12,000 facilities. Aramex's subsidiary, Infofort, is a leader in records management in the Middle East.
