JDA Software Group serves a wide variety of industries and companies of all sizes, with a particular focus on retail companies like Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Kraft Foods, and OfficeMax. Manufacturers, distributors, and logistics service providers are also among its customer base. In December 2012 JDA Software Group was acquired by RedPrairie in a $1.9 billion deal.
