Through Interstate National Dealer Services, car dealers can offer extended warranties and service contracts to their customers. Available through new and used car dealers in the US and Canada, the contracts supplement or replace manufacturers' warranties and range in length from three months to seven years. The firm markets to dealers, leasing firms, and finance companies across the US through a network of independent agents; the company also sells warranties directly to vehicle owners. Interstate National Dealer Services also offers policies that cover RVs, watercraft, and motorcycles.
