Its residential origination services unit also provides fee-based loan processing services as real estate appraisal and title services, as well as outsourced data entry, call center services, and mortgage research. (It exited the subprime origination business, including joint venture Funding America.) The company's Ocwen Recovery Group segment provides collection services on portfolios of unsecured debt. Ocwen Financial plans to spin off its Ocwen Solutions unit, which provides outsourcing services to the mortgage and consumer finance industries.
