McMillin Land Development and McMillin Commercial focus on master-planned communities and commercial development, respectively. McMillin Homes builds single-family homes, primarily in McMillin communities. The company also offers brokerage and relocation services (McMillin Realty) and mortgage financing (McMillin Mortgage) and manages residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Founded in 1960 by the late Corky McMillin as a custom home-building company, the company is owned and run by the McMillin family.
