The Corky McMillin Companies develops residential and mixed-use communities in Southern California and Texas. The group is comprised of five operating companies. McMillin Land Development and McMillin Commercial focus on master-planned communities and commercial development, respectively. McMillin Homes has built some 30,000 single-family homes over the years, primarily in McMillin communities. The company also offers brokerage and relocation services (McMillin Realty), mortgage financing (McMillin Mortgage), and manages residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Founded in 1960 by the late Corky McMillin as a custom home builder, the company is owned and run by the McMillin family.
