This team is causing a big noise in Oklahoma. Professional Basketball Club owns and operates the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association. Previously known as the Seattle SuperSonics, the franchise was started by Sam Schulman and joined the NBA in 1967. Its roster boasted such Hall of Fame talent as Lenny Wilkins, who later coached Seattle to its first and only championship title in 1979.
