Specializing in biometric authentication systems, IdentiPHI provides enterprise network security consulting and systems integration services. Its products include software designed to secure computers and networks. The company also sells third-party hardware. Formerly called Saflink, the company merged with Austin, Texas-based IdentiPHI, changed its name, and moved its headquarters to Austin in 2008. Unable to secure necessary financing, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection the following year.
