Joe's Jeans has jettisoned just about everything but its jeans. Following its acquisition of the Joe's brand from JD Holdings in 2007, the private-label apparel maker changed its name from Innovo Group to Joe's Jeans and revised its business plan to focus on building the Joe's and Joe's Jeans brands of denim and denim-related products. Joe's Jeans sells its apparel online at the Joe's Jeans Web site, and in the US and Europe through high-end retailers, such as Barneys and Bergdorf Goodman, and in specialty stores including Atrium and Fred Segal. Founded in 1987, the firm changed its name in October 2007 and adopted a new ticker, JOEZ.
