The holding company has two operating subsidiaries -- Antenna Products and Phazar Antenna -- that manufacture fixed and mobile antennas and support structures for both government and commercial clients. The company's Antenna Products equipment lines include cellular, shipboard, surveillance, and tactical antennas and towers primarily sold to government entities and government contractors. Phazar Antenna develops commercial wireless antennas used in wireless Internet, LAN, local loop, GPS, and Bluetooth applications.
