Alliance Entertainment rolls out the rock 'n' roll. The company distributes music and video items -- CDs, DVDs, games, and related products -- to more than 5,000 merchants, including Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Borders, and Hastings Entertainment, as well as Internet retailers. Alliance Entertainment also provides e-commerce, marketing, distribution, and related support services through its IDN and AEC Direct divisions. Its NCircle Entertainment unit licenses and distributes family entertainment titles based on such characters as Super Mario Bros. and My Little Pony. The company is part of magazine and entertainment wholesaler Source Interlink.
