From the jazz age to the tech age, Epstein has made its mark. The company provides architectural, engineering, and construction management services in the US and Europe. Its projects have included work on Chicago's Midway Airport New Passenger Terminal and W.W. Grainger's 10,000-sq.-ft. disaster recovery center. Epstein ranks among the leading architectural firms in Central and Eastern Europe. Formerly owned by the family of founder Abraham Epstein, the company became employee-owned in a 2005 management-led buyout. It changed its name from A. Epstein and Sons to Epstein to reflect the ownership change in 2008.
