Clare Rose has risen to the top with help from The King of Beers. The company, a top beer wholesaler in the US, primarily sells Anheuser-Busch products, including Budweiser, Michelob, Bacardi, and Busch branded products. Clare Rose dominates distribution of the US beer maker's brands on New York's Long Island and Staten Island. The firm also carries other products, including those of Heineken, Redhook Ale and Widmer Brothers (both owned by Craft Brewers Alliance), Kona Brewing, and China's Harbin and Japan's Kirin brands. Clare Rose, which was founded in 1936, is still owned and operated by the Rose family.
