ITT Corporation (formerly ITT Industries) doesn't get defensive when you associate its name with fluid motion. The company has three primary segments: defense electronics (combat radios, night-vision devices, airborne electronic-warfare systems), fluid technology (pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, and valves for water and wastewater systems), and motion and flow control (connectors, boat pumps, shock absorbers, friction pads for communication and transportation applications). ITT, which traces its corporate roots more than 80 years to the old ITT phone empire, also provides repair and maintenance services for the products it manufactures.
