NEW YORK----TD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation announced today that it has agreed to sell the following in an underwritten public offering: $250 million, 2.950% senior unsecured notes due 2012 $500 million, 4.150% senior unsecured notes due 2014 $500 million, 5.600% senior unsecured notes due 2019
