Hopewell Holdings is hopeful about the future of Hong Kong and China's Pearl River Delta region. With operations in hotels, property development, and highway infrastructure construction, Hopewell has extensive holdings in real estate in Hong Kong (including its flagship skyscraper Hopewell Centre and the Panda Hotel). Hopewell also collects rent from tenants at the Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre (HITEC). The company builds toll roads and bridges, primarily in mainland China through its Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited subsidiary (HHI). It holds 70% of HHI.
