MPS Group operates primarily through two divisions: IT services (under the names Modis, Beeline, and Idea Integration) and professional services (using the Accounting Principals and Entegee names, among others). MPS Group operates through a network of more than 220 offices around the world. In October 2009, the company agreed to be acquired by global staffing rival Adecco for $1.3 billion.
