Milestone Management knows it's not how far you've come but where you hang your hat that matters. The property management company manages some 100 apartment complexes totaling more than 30,000 units primarily in the southern US. It provides leasing, marketing, accounting, acquisition and disposition of properties, and other services to its parent, The Milestone Group. Milestone also manages properties in Utah, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona and in the northeast in Washington DC, Maryland and New Jersey. Formerly WMC Management and doing business as Walden, the company was acquired by Olympus Real Estate Partners in 2000. In 2005 it was acquired by The Milestone Group and renamed Milestone Management.
