Fair warning, MMI Products insists on concrete results. MMI straddles two business segments: concrete construction products and fencing products. Concrete construction products include wire mesh and related building materials used to install reinforcing bars and grids. Products are basic to constructing concrete pipe, bridges, and roads. The company's Merchants Metals line produces residential and commercial chain-link security fencing, aluminum and die-cast galvanized steel fence fittings, and ornamental iron fence supplies. MMI sells its fencing products primarily to barrier wholesalers, industrial manufacturers, and residential and commercial contractors. MMI is a subsidiary of CRH plc's Oldcastle division.
