Accor est l'hospitalité. Accor is one of the world's leading hotel operators, owning or managing more than 4,000 properties in nearly 100 countries throughout the world. It serves travelers through upscale brand Sofitel; midscale Novotel, Mercure, and Suitehotel; and economy chains Ibis and all seasons. In addition, budget brand Motel 6 (part of Accor North America) boasts more than 1,000 properties, most of which are franchised. Accor also operates a handful of additional hotel brands, as well as foodservices and catering firms. Its Accor Services unit provides outsourced benefits services to some 490,000 corporate clients. Accor plans to split its hotel and services divisions into two separate businesses.
